Ms. Wall was appointed to our Board in November 2019, in connection with the Acquisition. She served as the Chief Legal Officer of Legacy СʪÃà from June 2015 to November 2019, and she also served as its interim Chief Operating Officer in 2019. She previously held various other positions with Legacy СʪÃÃ’s former parent, where she worked for thirty years.Ìý

Ms. Wall brings extensive First Amendment and legal expertise in addition to a deep knowledge of Legacy СʪÃà and its history and operations.
